CEO, Fred Rivard, PhD in computer science, MBA, (43 years old) Founder of IS2T, 18 years in automation software, OOP software and embedded software. After a masters degree in Computer Science (DEA at the LITP laboratory, Paris VI), Fred started his industrial career at Geoide SA, using Smalltalk technologies to program PLCs. Fred completed a PhD at the Jules Vernes OOP laboratory (Computer Sciences University and Ecole des Mines of Nantes) under the direction of Pierre Cointe (CNRS INRIA). His main research topic was software reflective languages. At OTI/IBM, Fred has been part of the Java compiler team, the J9 Java virtual machine team, and the pervasive embedded software team. During his career Fred designed several compilers (fully or partially): Ada95, Smalltalk, Java (one of the Eclipse JDT main early contributor), Netrexx, IceTea, NeoClasstalk, VisualBasic, as well as others, several binary code analysis tools and "bridges" that connect languages together, etc. Fred holds a MBA from IAE/University of Nantes. He founded IS2T at the end of 2004. |

CBO, Régis Latawiec, Master degree in electronics, MBA, joined IS2T in August 2007 (41 years old)
17 years in both software and hardware embedded world.
Régis has occupied several positions in Atmel over the past ten years. He created and managed the Application Department in Nantes facilities for six years before joining the Product Marketing team to develop European markets for microcontrollers. In constant relationship with commercial teams, he managed the new AVR32 UC3 32-bit Microcontrollers product line from its intital design to commercial launches and first sales. Prior to working with Atmel Régis was project manager in Alcatel's GSM teams. |

CFO, Francois You, MBA, joined IS2T in March 2006 (42 years old)
17 years in financial engineering.
François You has primarily worked in the finance area for industrial organizations. He first developed a specialization in enterprise permanent financing at DIAC Entreprises and BDPME. He then specialized at WORMS Bank (AXA group) in senior liabilities mostly involved in LBOs. Before joining IS2T, François leveraged its experience in enterprise financing and became a consultant to help organizations to create improved financing strategies |
